Because of turbulent time in bike production in the recent months it is very important to get all of the possible information in the right time. This is why I decided to write a small recap of the recent observations of my talks with the people involved in the production and sales of bikes and e-bikes. Then I wanted to add a take on what I would do next to advance my position.
During my work I see so many holidays, long vacation periods, sick leaves, team building events, unnecessary video calls, talks about topics that are not important for the company but rather everyone is saving the world, unnecessary forms, apps for efficiency that require you to use them for hours a day, etc.
