128 Bike agency is the only sales agency in East/Central Europe focused on the bike industry. We provide representation to bike component brands in front of factories and aftermarket agents.
We save costs of sales to companies we represent so that our clients get the great products at competitive prices.
We only work for family owned companies who provide desired and competitive products on time with stable quality. With them we aim to provide top level service to our clients so that they have stress free business.

The agency is owned by Dalibor Horvacki who absolutely loves bicycles and everything about them. Dalibor has experience in sales, purchasing, product development and bicycle production management since 2006. Before that he was in the sports industry since 1999 working for Adidas Serbia.
His background gives him the rare opportunity to understand the entire processes of companies and problems they might face in sourcing, logistics, production and distribution. This means understanding the needs of each client, anticipating problems and providing a trouble free business overall.
Since 2018 Dalibor is in international sales covering the markets of North, Central, East and South Europe, Turkey and North Africa. Mostly, the actual production of bicycles is located in these territories. During this time he built up a great network of contacts and learned the market very well.

Taking all of this into consideration Dalibor felt the need to share his knowledge and experiences with the wider audience, to help the people working in the bike industry and to get people interested in bicycles and biking in general.
