In this short video I will show you how I go riding in our local woods.
You will see the gear I carry, how I dress and most importantly explained why I do so . Although I was never a professional rider I have many years of experience in riding and was in many different situations that taught me what to carry and how to behave.
It is mostly flat terrain and sandy here so not a very technical terrain, great for beginners.
